Booking, timing, and everything in between.
A quick guide to booking with us, choosing the right package, and knowing what to expect before, during, and after your appointment.
1. Text us anytime
Questions? Send as many as you like. We're usually at a job or driving, so we'll reply by text as soon as we can. Include your zip code, home size, and what you need, and we'll help you choose the right package.
2. Purchase your package
Pick the package that fits and check out securely online. Your Stripe email receipt is your booking confirmation.
3. We confirm your day
We'll text back to lock in the date. Please purchase at least a week ahead — the earliest opening is typically the following week.
Text is fastest while we're out on jobs — a call can always be arranged if you'd prefer. We aim to reply within 24 hours.

How to approximate the time you'll need.
Use these rough guidelines to pick the right package. When in doubt, text us — we're happy to help you size it.
Cleaning
- Plan roughly 30–60 min per bedroom and 45–120 min per bathroom.
- Kitchens run 60–120 min depending on how deep the reset needs to be.
- Post-remodel jobs usually need extra time for dust and debris — go one package larger.
Packing, Unpacking & Organizing
- A small room or closet is usually 2–3 hours; a full room 3–5 hours.
- Whole-home unpacking after a move is best in 4–5 hour blocks.
- Heavy lifting and moving boxes between floors is not included.
Vacation Rental Turnovers
- Match your tier by bedroom, bathroom, and bed count.
- On-site laundry is required for every turnover package.
- Not sure which tier fits? Text us the listing size and we'll confirm.
Decorating
- 3-hour package: you provide the decor, we bring the tools and styling eye.
- Full Service: we plan, shop with your budget, and set everything up.
- Excludes roofs, tall/high areas, and any items over 20 lbs.
Laundry
- Plan 60–120 minutes per load depending on weight and item type.
- Items are always separated by type and color before washing.
- 3-basket minimum; add as many baskets as you need at checkout.
Payments & confirmation
Packages are prepaid through our secure Stripe checkout. Your Stripe email receipt is your booking confirmation — hold onto it.
